1. Ai or eps vector graphic format is preferred and all texts must be converted to outlines/curves
2. Non vector based art in psd should be created in full size and at least at 300dpi resolution.
3. Colors will be printed in CMYK, if there is a specific color you need a part of your design to be, please indicate Pantone (PMS) color for us to match.

A1: Please provide style, design, order quantity, design artwork if possible and other your special requirement.
Q2: What kind of artwork format is avaliable for printing?
A2: Artwork format AI, EPS, JPG, PDF, GIF etc 300DPI. Vector image is better. If you don't have vector image, pls provide us with high resolution files to print.
Q3: Is the sample cost refundable?
A3: If your quantity is larger, it is no problem to be refundable after the bulk order.
